Training will be done on 12 hour shifts during the day. 12 hours rotation shifts, days or nights 5:30AM 5:30 PM. Rotational shift schedule will be a (phone number removed). Candidate must be comfortable with the night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production crew members on the manufacturing floor.
• Lead daily shift meetings to review goals, recognize achievements, and address concerns.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and production standards are met by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and adjusting workflows as needed.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
