Job Description- Set the direction and own the Crew Auxiliary Services strategy, roadmap, and value proposition in step with the broader services and growth agenda.
- Surface and rank new service opportunities across the crew lifecycle, spanning recruitment, training, welfare, travel, digital services, compliance, wellbeing, and logistics.
- Carry full P&L ownership across revenue growth, cost discipline, margin enhancement, and investment prioritisation, with outcomes monitored through clear financial and operational KPIs.
- Craft pricing frameworks, commercial terms, and profitability benchmarks by service line, underpinned by business cases covering ROI and risk assessments.
- Convert customer needs into clearly defined service scopes, SLAs, and delivery models, ensuring offerings are repeatable and scalable rather than bespoke.
