Overview
As a CRM Executive at Betway, you will optimise all stages of the customer lifecycle for respective markets to retain customers for longer and ensure safe, responsible play. You will create, segment, and execute campaigns and report on key KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Execution and ownership of sports CRM campaigns for respective market/s
- Manage the sports automated lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, active & reactivation campaigns are regularly optimised, tested & reported on to maximise KPIs
- Ownership of main sports loyalty programmes (Free Bet Club, Boost Tokens & Price Boosts), ensuring they are regularly refined and tested to deliver against Retention Rates & Player Value goals
- Own and execute large event‑based campaigns (e.g. World Cups/Euros) used in both acquisition & retention channels
