Job Description

Working in collaboration with retail tean and under the authority of the Retail Manager, the CRM Coordinator will drive customer engagement  and optimize CRM performance.

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring high standards of data integrity an accuracy.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives.
  • Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improves efficiency and functionality.
  • Callaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.

Qualifications

To be success in this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings a strong client - centric mindset, excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering outstanding luxury experience.

  • 3 + years  experience in CRM department.
  • full-time Advertising, Marketing, Promotions, Public Relations, and Sales Managers
