Join Datmos as a CRM & Loyalty Strategist and influence the growth of eCommerce strategies. Focus on customer acquisition and retention through customized CRM initiatives.
In this role, reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy, you will analyze user behavior and develop actionable strategies for a variety of clients. You will partner with CRM experts to create tailored solutions that drive engagement through innovative roadmap strategies and careful performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic CRM plans for diverse client needs
• Create and implement comprehensive CRM Roadmaps
• Enhance customer loyalty through targeted initiatives
• Assist clients in CRM and marketing platform management
• Define KPIs and client objectives for improvement
Requirements:
• 5-6 years in CRM/Email Marketing with eCommerce focus
