The Role We’re looking for a CRM Manager to own our HubSpot ecosystem and turn patient and lead data into actionable insight. This isn’t a “send newsletters” role — it’s about building the data infrastructure and reporting that lets our commercial and operations teams make better decisions, faster. You’ll be the go-to person for CRM data integrity, pipeline reporting, and analytics across multiple markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to make sure HubSpot is the single source of truth — and that the truth is clear, timely, and useful.
