Opportunity Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end‑to‑end delivery for the OCD build and evolution scope
Manage delivery planning, capacity, milestones, and dependencies
Ensure commitments on timelines, quality, and delivery objectives are met
Lead and manage offshore teams including backend developers and platform engineers
Drive productivity, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to agreed development and delivery standards
Act as the single point of contact for European IT and CRM stakeholders
Facilitate regular progress reviews, reporting, and risk management
Align delivery priorities with overall program and business objectives
Coordinate with teams working on:
oSalesforce Marketing Cloud
oAdobe Campaign
oGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)
Manage inter‑team dependencies within the wider CRM ecosystem
Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and enterprise standards
