CRM Program Lead (Abitibi-Témiscamingue)

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Program Lead to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of a Commercial Banking CRM transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in managing large‑scale CRM initiatives, with deep expertise in platforms such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or Microsoft Dynamics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align business objectives with technology solutions, while leading cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
