Overview
The CRM Specialist will play a key role in managing, optimizing and developing the company's CRM systems to support customer acquisition retention and lifetime value growth . This position works closely with Sales Retention Marketing BI and Product teams ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless customer journeys.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience in Forex CFD or financial services who enjoys working with data, automation and performance metrics.
