工作职责：
1.接收—评审—处理—跟进客户订单，确保客户订单得到正常运行；
2.准确有效地输入、输出客户与公司之间的信息反馈；协调公司相关部门迅速妥善处理客户的各项咨询和要求 ；
3.协助销售人员跟进客户的报价，打样，量产等业务的发展以达成销售目标；
4.跟进客户销售目标达成情况，及时向主管或经理反馈工作运行情况。 

岗位要求：
1、大专或以上学历，两年以上客户服务相关工作经验
2、通过英语CET-4或以上等级考试，英语听、说、读、写熟练
3、熟悉Windows office,Outlook, ERP操作
4、良好的沟通能力及抗压能力
5、工作细心且有耐心
