CSR - Fresh Graduate (Alabang)

• Candidates with or without prior experience; previous experience is not required.
• Ensure proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Work onsite as required.
• Maintain availability for overnight shifts, rotating schedules, and split shifts.

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates without prior work/BPO experience.
• Must have graduated from Senior High School or the old High School curriculum.
• Candidates who recently graduated from Senior High School without work experience will not be considered.
• Preferably possess an updated NBI clearance and reside in Laguna, Cavite, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, or Paranaque.

Additional Requirements:

• No prior experience in customer service is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
