Opportunity Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account. This opportunity is ideal for college graduates (with or without experience) or college undergraduates (at least 2 years completed) with 6 months of BPO or customer service-related experience. Strong English communication and customer service skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for healthcare-related inquiries such as plan coverage, benefits, and claims.
• Communicate with clients via inbound calls, email, or chat depending on the assigned channel.
• Resolve concerns professionally and accurately document each interaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information and follow compliance standards.
