CSR - Tax Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Tax Analyst to be part of our Sales Tax Operations team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We highly prefer candidates with a background in accounting, taxation, or bookkeeping, and experience with QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.
