About the Role

We are looking for a Culture & Corporate Communications Associate Lead to help shape and strengthen our company culture while ensuring clear, meaningful, and consistent communication across the organization. This role plays a key part in driving employee engagement, retention, and organizational alignment by leading initiatives that foster connection, recognition, and a high-performing workplace.

You will oversee company-wide culture programs, employee engagement strategies, and both internal and external corporate communications.
