Culture & Experience Lead, Shared Services Ops

Link-Worldwide is seeking an Ops Sup Sr. Manager located in Metepec, Mexico, responsible for managing a team to ensure seamless delivery of operations support services. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Client Onboarding processes and will oversee performance evaluations, training, and departmental operations. This position is critical for maintaining efficiency and quality within the organization.

Candidates should have between 6 to 10 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably with a background related to Commercial Banking. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
