Overview
The Retail Banking Operations team in ING’s largest shared services organization (ING Hubs Philippines) is growing rapidly, delivering processing and contact center services to ING’s banks globally. The role focuses on providing excellent customer, partner, and employee experiences while maintaining bank safety and continuously improving performance and culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information and resolution to existing and potential clients via a variety of written channels, primarily chat.
- Explore solutions for less common client queries by identifying relevant ING experts to consult and interpreting information in a way that is accurate and relevant for the client’s context.
- Contribute to ING’s library of client solutions and actively suggest initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service performance metrics.
