Opportunity Description

At CARRER, we’re looking for an Operations & Customer Service Intern to support our daily operations at CARRER. This role is designed for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is keen to gain hands‑on experience across operations, logistics, and customer interaction within a growing fashion company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders, including processing, follow‑up, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with orders returns, exchanges, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory.
  • Manage day-to-day customer service support, solving order-related queries and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to keep processes efficient and up-to-date.
