Role 2: CSR – Australia Market Focus
This role will focus exclusively on the Australian market. This includes responding to emails, managing live chats, and confidently handling both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll also assist with case management, customer communication, and internal coordination, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service experience.
