Opportunity Description
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat messages in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, or policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and escape complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and system updates.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
