Opportunity Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with 1 - 5 years experience to handle calls and email requests, raise and track work orders, coordinate urgent tasks with contractors, and process invoices and job tickets.
This role supports the timely follow-through of jobs and ensures tasks are completed and closed in line with agreed KPIs.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to email queries
- Interpret and validate client requests, then action the appropriate service response
- Raise work orders and coordinate urgent jobs with contractors
- Process invoices, sign-off tickets, and insurance documentation
- Capture and update data accurately in internal systems
- Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Track, follow up, and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
- Participate in system improvements and team development activities
