Responsabilidades

  • Lead end‑to‑end responsibility for defining, documenting and negotiating requirements with stakeholders (product, UX, CI, solution architects).
  • Provide broad knowledge on designing customer journeys, defining requirements, and managing dependencies.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand user needs and simplify their requirements into a feasible business and IT proposal.
  • Align requirements across different stakeholders.

Requisitos

  • 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector.
  • Product Management skills linked to unsecured lending products such as personal loans and credit cards.
  • Understanding processes from an IT point of view.
  • Strong digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
  • Strong presentation skills: effective storytelling and excellent PowerPoint proficiency.
