About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our Africa cluster team. Reporting to the Africa Cluster Marketing Director, this role is critical in shaping and delivering integrated marketing strategies that drive sales growth and expand market share across in-store and online channels. The individual will act as the key bridge between Brand, Sales, and our retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of shopper-focused initiatives that deliver measurable business results. This is a leadership role, managing a team of six customer marketing professionals across the Africa cluster, with travel required.
