POS system
that connects online ordering, in-store operations, kitchen workflows, logistics, loyalty, integrations, and AI into one seamless setup.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-first operations professional who will
onboard restaurant clients onto the POS system , manage launches end-to-end, and ensure each merchant goes live smoothly and confidently.
Responsibilities Support the onboarding of new restaurant clients onto the POS system, ensuring setups are completed accurately and on time Assist in coordinating onboarding timelines and merchant go-lives, following clear processes and checklists Communicate with clients professionally via WhatsApp, email, and internal tools to guide them through setup and next steps Help with on-site POS hardware setup, basic configuration, training, and troubleshooting (tr...
