About the Opportunity

As a Customer Outreach Analyst at SkyCity Adelaide, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and compliant execution of customer‑related regulatory processes. Your work will support the wider Financial Crime and AML teams through customer screenings, adverse media checks, stakeholder liaison and the preparation of compliance documentation and reports. You’ll collaborate with a broad range of internal departments from Gaming and Security to Host Responsibility and VIP Services while helping strengthen SkyCity’s compliance framework.
