Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback via phone and email
- Coordinate between clients and operations team for deployment updates
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and contracts
- Maintain proper records of client communication and documentation
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service standards
- Support basic admin tasks and ad hoc duties
- At least 2 year of customer service or coordination experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and work independently
