Opportunity Description
FLS is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to support our East Coast customer base across Australia.
This role is responsible for managing daily commercial activities, coordinating customer orders, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. Working closely with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, acknowledgements, confirmations, prepayments, and delivery follow-up.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, providing responsive support and building strong relationships.
Coordinate Framework Purchase Agreements (FPAs), strategic stocking requests, consignment stock arrangements, warranty...
