Job Summary

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions (IOS) is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Administrator / HubSpot Management Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM operations, primarily within HubSpot.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting sales and recruitment workflows, building automation processes, generating reports, managing integrations, and improving operational efficiency across business development, recruitment, and client management teams.

This role requires strong technical understanding of CRM systems, process management, reporting, workflow automation, and user support in a fast-paced staffing and workforce management environment.
