Customer Representative (Swedish‑speaking) - On‑Site SP02
We are looking for a customer representative to support e‑commerce customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, text and chat inquiries. You will be trained to provide excellent service, manage inquiries via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and collaborate with your team to meet our customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing eCommerce customers and online chat.
- Assist customers with queries about orders, products, deliveries, offers and more, focusing on providing outstanding service and a positive experience.
- Record calls and customer requests in the CRM system.
- After gaining experience, manage requests via social media and email.
- Focus on delivering great customer experiences in every interaction, with continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
