Opportunity Description
- Je ondersteunt het sales team bij complexere klantendossiers.
- Je analyseert afwijkingen in prijzen, contracten en volumes.
- Je volgt commerciële afspraken en condities correct op.
- Je fungeert als escalatiepunt voor eerstelijns customer service.
- Je zorgt voor correcte verwerking van data in interne systemen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met sales, supply chain en finance.
- Je hebt ervaring in sales support, customer service of administratie.
- Je voelt je comfortabel in een tweedelijns of ondersteunende rol.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en analytisch.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en het Frans.
- Je bent proactief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met het team.
- Een inhoudelijke en stabiele functie binnen een internationale context.
