Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
  • Ensure action plans for compliance to quality indicators: MDR, FFR, Scrap, DCR's, etc.
  • Coordinate and develop Quality Assurance Engineers, technicians and quality inspectors.
  • Ensure compliance with our integrated management system.
  • Manage the training process for the quality and compliance area or technical competencies according to the Quality strategy (Phoenix).
  • Ensure compliance with process strengthening strategy to address high severities of our FMEA's.
  • Support and direct UL loss resolution.
  • Coach for documentation of 8D's, deviations, FMEA's, 6sigma projects.
  • Communicate with the Line of Business and Safety Committee on critical product performance issues (quality).

  • Professional career in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanical or Mechatronics.
