Opportunity Description
Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, providing friendly and professional customer support.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, social media platforms and in person, providing information about programs, schedules, and promotions.
- Assist with student registration, class bookings, and membership inquiries.
- Assist with kids check‑in with in‑house systems.
- Ensure guardians pick up kids and monitor kids' safety.
- Support coaches in managing children and monitor their well‑being as needed.
- Address customer concerns and **escalate** issues when necessary to management.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean reception area.
- Ensure the gym is clean and tidy at all times.
- Demonstrate punctuality by consistently arriving on time for work and adhering to scheduled shifts, contributing to a reliable and efficient work environment.
