Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Customer Advisor to join our automotive client based in Derby. This role would be ideal for someone currently working within the automotive industry who is looking to transition into an office-based position, or for someone with strong customer service experience and automotive knowledge seeking their next challenge.

Derby
£30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday to Friday

The Role

Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Provide information on products and services.

Process customer orders and prepare invoices.

Update customer records and maintain accurate information.

Support customers with any queries in a professional and friendly manner.

Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
