Customer service agent

Minimum 6 months of proven customer service experience, preferably within the travel industry

University graduates only (undergraduates and dropouts are not eligible, except for bilingual candidates, depending on availability)

Start Date: 8th of June

Willingness to work flexible shifts and days off

For female candidates, the latest shift ends at 12:00 midnight, unless a later shift is requested

Candidates should be comfortable handling both voice and chat channels (not simultaneously, with a maximum of 2 chats at a time)
