Customers are distributed in more than 4,000 points of sale in 105 countries, with 102 boutiques in fashion capitals such as New York, London, Milan, Paris and Shanghai. • Assist customers and sales representatives with all questions and concerns via phone and email.
• Respond to phone calls to assist customers calling with questions.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer complaint, provide the best solution to resolve the issue, expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.
