Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that the needs of customers are satisfied.
  • Encourages team members to look for opportunities for process simplification and improvements.
  • Responsible for directing the daily operations of the customer service team and coordinating production on delivery requirements.
  • Responsible for liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
  • Responsible for interfacing with Production, Material and Quality on matters pertaining to shipment requirements.
  • Responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the delivery meets with the highest level of customer service possible.
  • Responsible for resolving the execution of the contract between the customers’ requirements and the company’s capability.
  • Responsible for any customers’ order cancellation by compiling and summarizing the Exposure Liability Report.
