Overview
We are representing our client, a leading health technology company specializing in medical benefits administration. They are looking for a potential candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Consultant , based in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur .
Salary: Up to RM5,000
Working days: 5 days (24 hours rotational shift schedule)
Channel: Email & inbound phone call enquiries. Outbound call for follow up cases.

- Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information
- Manage customers or clients feedback and complaints in a professional manner
