Customer Service & E-commerce Assistant

Loveholic.sg is a trusted preloved luxury resale platform in Singapore. We are looking for a team player to join our highly effective team.

• Provide the day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations support, e.g. pick & pack orders, stock management, product listing, display shelf management etc
• Assess condition of items and write clear descriptions
• Develop a good understanding on luxury fashion & advise our clients accordingly
• Handle in-bound client enquiries via social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Training will be provided
