Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Process customer purchase orders in alignment with supply charters and provide acknowledgments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery as per customer agreements.
• Update customers on order delivery status, including material availability and potential risks.
• Collaborate with demand and material planners to maintain safety stocks based on sales forecasts.
• Ensure all deliveries include necessary documentation, such as COA and color chips.
• Address credit-block issues with the AR team and manage customer inquiries about products.
• Report directly to the Regional Customer Experience Manager and work onsite at PJ Plant.
