Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Daily handling of customer enquiries, requests, and feedback via email and company hotline, ensuring timely closures.
- Assist customers to register their membership particulars online and provide monthly summary report to Retail Management.
- Coordinate and arrange logistics for retail stations in Singapore.
- Handle Procurement and manage tender process and normal purchasing of products and services.
- Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- Individual with at least 2-5 years working experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Possess customer service, customer‑relationship, and/or purchasing related experience.
