Opportunity Description

  • Interest in art, urbanculture, and/or collectibles, combined with savvy in new technology
  • 6 months experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Accountable and able to adhere to deadlines
  • Able to display initiative and raise issues when needed to the right people
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • Able to commit at least 6 months, full-time
Job Responsibilities
  • Answer general queries from the public about a ticketed event, including but not limited to:
  • Manage query tickets through Zendesk, based on provided FAQ and documentation
    Assist product managers on emerging support topics and mitigation
  • Monitor and ensure daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) of ticket resolution within one working
  • day
  • Ensure customer experience target is met
