Opportunity Description
- Interest in art, urbanculture, and/or collectibles, combined with savvy in new technology
- 6 months experience in a similar position
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Accountable and able to adhere to deadlines
- Able to display initiative and raise issues when needed to the right people
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- Able to commit at least 6 months, full-time
- Answer general queries from the public about a ticketed event, including but not limited to:
- Manage query tickets through Zendesk, based on provided FAQ and documentation
Assist product managers on emerging support topics and mitigation - Monitor and ensure daily Service Level Agreement (SLA) of ticket resolution within one working
- day
- Ensure customer experience target is met
