This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one‑stop service across our entire product/service range.
About the Role- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information
- Communicate clearly and manage customers’ feedback
- Organized and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain good service delivery
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
- Preferably O' levels / A Level and above
- Prior experience in a Contact Centre environment will be an advantage
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment
