This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks related to the certification process for professionals in a regulated field. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of professional certification and accreditation applications.
- Handle inquiries via email and phone related to certification applications and education claims.
- Support in processing claims and accreditation applications from event providers.
- Help generate reports to track certification renewals and assist with ad-hoc reporting tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
