**Job Description** :

**Summary**

**The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of parts ordering, receiving, cataloging, inventory and reconciliation of all parts at our heavy duty truck repair shop.** In addition this position will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders (PO's) and Vendor payment requests. This position will be responsible to ensure the right part is purchased from the right vendor and maintain inventory level to maximize customer uptime.

**This job requires experience working with either heavy duty trucks parts, heavy equipment parts or automotive parts.**

**Shop Location:** **Hayward, CA**

**Work Schedule: Monday - Friday**

**Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm**
