Customer Service Representative (6 months) #JTL

• Responsible for complete order to cash process
• Provide sales support to designated countries, where applicable
• Prepare quotation and arrange shipments
• Attend to customer complaints
• Handle customer request for samples
• Participation in project teams, where applicable, in support of the Business Line strategy
• Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade organizations to manage the Customer Profile(s)/End Use Certificate/Trade Restriction Covenant

• At least 5 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC environment
• Sound knowledge in order processing, logistics and shipping
