Customer Service Representative

We'll be honest — most customer service jobs are pretty forgettable.

This one has a chance to be different.

We're Prosperant, a permanent placement firm that places LATAM professionals with U.S. companies worth working for. Right now we're looking for a Customer Service Rep for one of our clients — a U.S. real estate operator that manages manufactured home communities, RV parks, self-storage, and business centers across the country.

Their residents aren't just account numbers. Some of them live on-site. Some run their businesses there. When something goes wrong, they call. And they need a real person on the other end — someone who listens, takes ownership, and actually fixes it.

That's the job.

What you'll be doing:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts from residents and tenants
• Own the full support cycle — intake, follow-up, resolution, every time
