Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support consumer lending operations in Edwardsville, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer communication with detailed administrative work in a banking environment. The person in this role will help process indirect dealer loan activity, maintain accurate records, and provide attentive assistance to dealers and members throughout the funding process.

Responsibilities:
• Review incoming dealer and consumer loan documentation, confirm all required materials are present, and enter complete contract details into the lending platform to support timely funding.
