- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and address customer needs.
