Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in German and Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and service requests
- Accurately log all interactions and follow escalation protocols when needed
- Contribute to team quality and satisfaction targets
- Work rotating shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights (including night shifts in Madrid)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native German speaker (required); Spanish at B2 level or above
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments is a plus
- Comfortable with rotating shift patterns, including evenings and nights
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid or Valencia
