Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients. Resolve queries and issues related to products/services efficiently. Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records. Provide real-time support and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet performance targets (KPIs) including call quality, resolution time, and customer feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or follow up on unresolved issues. Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and experienced candidates (03 years) can apply. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Immediate joiners preferred. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in BPO or international call center is an advantage.
