Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Makmur.id located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.
